A few days ago I called this place because of the good reviews I saw online. I had a flat tire and a small piece of the rim was bent a little. Guy I spoke with sounded nice and told me to come on in and they'd fix it for me. I drove there on a dummy tire and he looked at the rim and tire and said they couldn't fix it cuz the rim was too bent and they didn't sell rims. I thought it didn't make sense, so you sell tires, but not rims? ok, whatever, thanks for wasting my time, after telling me you could fix it. So I left and went to Big Ole Tires near Martin City expecting to have to pay a lot of money I don't have to get a new tire and new rim. When I got to Big Ole Tires, a guy greeted me, I told him what was wrong, and in less than 10 minutes he fixed the rim that was bent and luckily I didn't even need a new tire, and they didn't even charge me for fixing my rim and putting my tire back on it. To the guy who said that he couldn't help me out, don't say you can fix something if you can't or don't feel like it. I am so thankful for this company and service. We were on our way home (out of state) and blew out a tire on the highway. It was 4:45 pm and they were closing in 15 mins. They not only stayed open for us but the service was so professional, friendly and quick. THANK YOU for helping us and getting us home safely.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Ace Tire Shop. The customer service was excellent from start to finish, and everyone there was friendly and professional. They gave me a great value on the work and made the whole process quick and easy. The shop itself was clean and had a really good environment, which says a lot about how they run their business. Overall just good people who take care of their customers. I’d definitely recommend Ace Tire Shop to anyone needing tire work.

Worst tire shop I've ever been to Owner agreed to $120 to remove my old tire and put the new tires in brought on my wife's vehicle. So I decided to give them a chance. Boy do I regret that. First the young guy they had doing it starts lifting my vehicle from the front passenger side and the jack slips off the pinch weld and lands on the plastic door trim but instead of fixing it the jack the rest of the car up and remove the tires. Then they start telling me they have to remove my wheel spacers because they are having trouble getting it to co back together, I go out and get them the VW specific alignment tool located in the back of my vehicle. And try to explain to younger worker that it will help put it back together easier. And he looks at me like I'm stupid. So I tell the owner I tried to get him an alignment tool to make his job easier. He then proceed to tell me that I can install them myself. Annoyed by both their incompetence and the owners unprofessionalism I reinstalled my 4 tires on my vehicle. Then he proceeded to charge me the full $120. I told him I would pay $60 because I did half the work my self. And he said no I would have to pay the $120 or $100 and I take my ti
